I love a creative mind. That’s why I enjoy the fun things Philadelphia graphic design artist Charlie Layton draws on his freezer. Each Friday, Charlie takes 25 minutes to let his mind wander as he creates a masterpiece on his dry-erase surfaced freezer with a simple, black dry-erase marker. On Tuesday in art class, 4A was joined by an artist in residence named Sarah Ferguson. She helped the students create clay self-portraits. Thanks to all the parents who came to assist and to Anjanette McHayle for passing these photos along. Look for these to come home sometime in the near future.
