Today’s day off reminded me of a few photos I took recently and forgot to post. Last week, the snow was falling and we all thought we’d have a snow day. But we ended up at school which turned out to be pretty fun. We were able to get outside in the morning and enjoy the flakes for a few minutes before retreating back to the cozy confines of the classroom.
We did a quick lab today to answer the question: “How Does Tube Shape Affect Strength?”
Everyone had a blast trying to stack their books on different shaped tubes. We will use the information we gathered today in the coming weeks as we look into designing bridges.
This year, we decided to do something a little different for our classroom Advent Wreath. Using the Stop Motion App on the iPad, we made our wreath come to life.
